Each Print on Demand platform offers different shipping options. Zazzle offers several premium options including two day guarantee with Zip and Zip PLUS Shipping & Services.
If you plan ahead, my favorite is the Zazzle Plus membership. Zazzle Plus: For $19.95 annually*, I get free standard shipping with tracking to any location in the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. One or two shipments a year pays for the membership. If you have mailed anything lately, you know the cost of shipping can equal or exceed the gift. I can have items shipped to the address of my choosing so it makes gift sending a snap as well as affordable. As long as I’ve used it, a 90 day free trial has been offered but its been well worth the subscription cost.
Zip and Zip PLUS provide expedited manufacturing and delivery options. When you order, one of our amazing teammates shepherds your products through a priority manufacturing flow, from inventory through packaging, until it is quality assured and ready to be shipped. Your package will arrive in 1 or 2 business days, depending on which Zip service you select. Frequent shoppers can benefit with Zazzle Plus Premium: For $49.95 annually*, you get free Premium shipping with tracking to any qualifying address in the U.S. (excluding its territories). *You will be automatically charged once a year, on the date you signed up, for your Zazzle Plus or Zazzle Plus Premium subscription. When you shop on the Zazzle platform, the item you are reviewing will tell you the estimated shipping time. My experience is that it is usually quicker than their suggested time frame.
Customization Process Zazzle specifically stands out from other print on demand stores by its focus on customization. Besides invitations and stationary, almost everything at Zazzle is meant to add your personal touch through easy to use text and photo templates. Choose a product and beneath it you will see “Customize this template” where you can add your own names, text and Pictures. Zazzle has on line help available if you have issues.

Shipping & Returns

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time may vary for custom or personalized products.

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Custom Orders: Processing may take up to 5-7 business days.
  • Peak Seasons: During holiday seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Domestic (USA) Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days (available at extra cost)

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 7-21 business days
  • Express International: 5-10 business days (subject to location)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be available on orders over a specified amount (as stated on our website).
  • International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees required by their country.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or significantly delayed by the carrier, please contact us, and we will assist in locating your package.
  • If your package arrives damaged, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.

6. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

  • If an order is returned due to non-delivery (e.g., refusal of the package, failure to pick up, or incorrect address), the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.

What items can be customized?

You can customize pet memorial gifts, invitations, stationery, and select art prints with names, dates, quotes, or other personalized details.

Simply select the customization option (if available) on the product page. If you have special requests, please contact us before ordering.

Yes! If you need a fully custom design (such as a unique pet portrait or themed invitation), reach out to us with your ideas, and we’ll work with you to create something special.

Custom designs typically take 3-7 business days to complete before shipping. Rush orders may be available upon request.

  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or customs clearance times.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Non-Customized Items: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Custom Orders & Digital Products: These are non-refundable unless the item arrives defective.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.
